Hi everyone, As promised, here are the drawings I made up for a new bracket to hold a Lockheed servo (to replace the stock Girling one) It makes use of the original 4 holes where the old bracket sits, though you will need to get some new nuts and bolts to hold it on. One will also need to make up some new brake lines to reach the end of the servo. Feel free to suggests improvements  Cheers, Andrew PS sorry for the delay. I'll also try to get a photo of the bracket by itself to get you an idea of what it looks like in real life, but I doubt that will be before this side of Christmas. That thought had crossed my mind, but I think most LOCI members will be going to the LOCI site.
I see there's a link to the Wolseley forum in the 'link' page of the site, but not one for this forum.
I there has been some promotion of people to join up in LOCI mag, perhaps having it on the homepage with a big image etc might encourage more people to find us and join up.

LOCI have a "formal" arrangement to have a club area on the Wolseley Forum. There is very little activity in the area as a whole, barring Mark's announcements regarding LOCI activities. You also have to be a LOCI member to post within the club area.
Whereas here, we're a bunch of tarts and don't care who we let in, providing they don't want to sell us interesting blue pills.
LOCI are quite aware of this forum and don't seem to have a problem with it. That'll do for me - let the chat and discussions continue.
Ironically, I administrate the Wolseley Forum as well as this one.

I think the bottom line is that there isn't much time to proof read contributions as I guess many will arrive very close to the deadline which in my experience is the norm. I know the first time I wrote an article that the DN drafting notes were left it, so now I just do all the formatting etc before I send it in. David Got my copy the other day, I had a good laugh at the fact they just stuck my email in, word for word! Says it's on the website, but I can't see it. -Andrew |

As David wrote in the LOCI mag, the more people we can get online sharing info/passing it onto others (and the next generation etc) the better, regardless of which forum people use.
